NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Two New England programs that have enjoyed considerable recent success meet on Tuesday at Reese Stadium. Yale, which appeared in the 2019 NCAA Tournament and has enjoyed three straight winning seasons, meets the University of New Hampshire, which has made five straight NCAA appearances. Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m.

The Bulldogs are in the midst of another strong season. They are 6-2-3 overall and sit at No. 36 in the latest national RPI.

Two Bulldogs –
Quanah Brayboy and
Alex Umana - were named to the Ivy League Honor Roll on Monday. Brayboy scored his first career goal in Yale's 3-0 win over UMass Lowell last Tuesday, while Umana scored in the win over the River Hawks and Saturday's 3-2 loss at Dartmouth.

Tuesday is the finale of Yale's very challenging non-conference schedule. The Bulldogs posted victories over West Virginia and Villanova and earned draws with Duke and Rutgers along the way and has another opportunity for a statement result.

The Wildcats (9-3, 4-0 Ivy) bring a seven-game winning streak to New Haven. They have outscored their opponents 16-3 during the streak and sit at No. 42 in the latest RPI. UNH is coming off a 4-0 win at Albany on Friday night. Rory O'Driscoll and Eli Goldman lead the team with four goals apiece. Goalkeeper Jassem Koleilat has started all 12 games and boasts a 0.60 goals against average. The Wildcats finished 17-2-2 a year ago and beat North Carolina 4-1 in the NCAA Tournament before falling to top-ranked Oregon State. One of their draws was a 1-1 decision with Yale in Durham, N.H.
