NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Yale men's hockey fell to Princeton, 3-0, at Ingalls Rink. With the loss, the Bulldogs drop to 1-4-0 overall and 1-4-0 in ECAC play, while the Tigers improved to 1-3-0 overall and 1-3-0 in the conference.
 
How It Happened

• With a 1:17 remaining in the first period, Princeton struck on the powerplay to break the deadlock.
• Just over five minutes into the second period, the Tigers took a two-goal lead.
• Princeton tacked on another goal in the winding minutes of the third period and sealed the shutout.

Notes

• Nathan Reid made 29 saves in goal.
• Niklas Allain had a team-high four shots, while Dylan Herzog and and Ian Carpentier had three apiece.
