NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale women's swimming and diving team opens the 2022-23 season by hosting Brown on Friday at Kiphuth Exhibition Pool. The diving is set for 1 p.m. and the swimming events are scheduled to begin at 3 p.m.

It will be a short turnaround before meet No. 2 as UMass visits on Saturday. Diving is at 10 a.m. followed by swimming at noon.
The Bulldogs looked ready for the regular season when they faced Delaware in an exhibition last weekend. Yale won all but two events.
Yale is coming off another strong season, finishing second at the 2022 Ivy League Championship. Leading the team is captain
Olivia Paoletti, who captured the HYP 400 individual medley title last year.
Like Yale, Brown is opening its season on Friday. The Bears placed fifth at the Ivy League Championship last February.
UMass opened its season by winning the Colgate Invitational before finishing second at the Boston College Invitational and falling to Boston University in a dual meet.
