Men's Hockey Falls to No. 12 Providence

HANOVER, N.H. – The Yale men's hockey team fell to No. 12 Providence, 3-0, at Thompson Arena. With the loss, the Bulldogs fell to 1-9-1 overall, while the Friars improved to 10-4-5 overall.
 
How It Happened
  • After a hard fought first period, the Bulldogs surrendered a shorthanded goal 46 seconds into the second period.
  • In the third period, the Friars added two more goals within two minutes of one another to take a three-goal lead.
  • Luke Pearson made 39 saves in goal for Yale.
  • Ryan Carmichael had four shots for the Bulldogs, while Briggs Gammill had three shots.
