Bulldogs Fall in OT in Game One

Reid makes 31 saves in 3-2 loss to Raiders

Box Score HAMILTON, N.Y. – Teddy Wooding scored with seven seconds left in regulation, but the Yale Men's Ice Hockey Team fell in overtime of the first game in the ECAC Hockey Playoff Series.

The Elis erased 1-0 and 2-1 deficits to force the bonus hockey against the No. 5 seeded Colgate Raiders in a 3-2 decision at the Class of 1965 Arena. The Raiders found the net with 3:07 left in overtime and will try to close things out in the series on Saturday night.

Wooding got the equalizer with his goalie, Nathan Reid, on the bench for the extra skater. Reid finished with 31 saves as both teams put 34 shots on target.

Sophomore Reilly Connors got his fourth goal of the year in the second period to even the score at 1-1.
