PHILADELPHIA -- The Bulldogs won 3-1 at Penn on Saturday evening to earn their 11th straight victory and clinch a spot in next month's Ivy League post-season tournament.  The scores of the match were 25-16, 25-27, 25-23 and 25-14.

Match summary:

• The Bulldogs had their streak of 19 set victories snapped in the second set of tonight's match.  Yale promptly rebounded to take the final two sets. 
• Yale improved to 10-0 in Ivy League play and hold a three-match lead in the standings with four matches left to play.   
• The Bulldogs closed out the match by hitting .381 in the final set. 
• Junior Carly Diehl tied a career-high with 10 kills on 15 swings without an error.  She also added 30 assists, five digs and a team-high three aces. 
• First-year Laurece Abraham posted a career-high eight blocks tonight, and leads the team with 31 in Ivy League matches. 
• Mila Yarich had a team-best 18 digs for the Bulldogs, while Maile Somera had 17 and Betsy Goodenow added 10.
• The Bulldogs held a 20-7 edge in blocks in their two victories this weekend, and a 13-5 edge in service aces.
