Bulldogs Edged by Princeton in Overtime

PRINCETON, N.J. – In a thrilling, scoring frenzy of a game that saw the Bulldogs erase two, two-goal deficits, the Yale men's hockey team fell to Princeton, 5-4, in overtime at the Hobey Baker Memorial Rink. With the loss, the squad's record moved to 1-3-0 overall and in the ECAC, while the Tigers improved to 1-1-1 overall and in the conference.

  • P1, 13:26 | GOAL! David Andreychuk fed David Chen a pass in the neutral zone to start the sequence that led to Yale's first goal. Chen charged in on net and lasered a shot into the open left side of goal.
  • P1, 13:33 | GOAL! Teddy Wooding connected with Rhys Bentham to tie.
