MIAMI, Fla. – The Yale women's tennis team wrapped up its spring break trip to Florida, falling to No. 36 Florida International 5-2.
The Bulldogs got singles victories from
Chelsea Kung at No. 2. She won in three sets, capturing the deciding set 6-3.
Rebecca Lynn won at No. 6. She and Katerina Mandelikova split two sets before Lynn won a supertiebreaker 10-8.
Yale has one more match before the start of Ivy League play. The Bulldogs host Boston University next Saturday at 1 p.m. The Ivy opener is Apr. 1 at Brown.
