PRINCETON, N.J. – The Yale softball team fell to Princeton, 2-0, in the Ivy League Tournament elimination game at Strubing Field. The Bulldogs end their season with a 20-23 overall record.
Princeton grabbed a run in the top of the first off a sacrifice fly to right field. The Tigers made it two in the top of the sixth with a two-out single to center field.
In her final career start in the circle,
Nicole Conway pitched a complete game.
On offense,
Alex Perren kept her hitting streak alive to cap the season, extending it to eight games.
Libby Peoples and
Lauren Perren also had hits for Yale.
