NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- The Yale men's fencing team downed Sacred Heart and Vassar on Saturday at Payne Whitney Gymnasium. In the Bulldogs' lone home event of the season, the team toppled the Pioneers and Brewers to improve to 25-3 overall. Following the day's activities, Yale celebrated its seniors for their contributions to the program over the past several years.
The Bulldogs opened the day with a 19-8 victory over Sacred Heart. Despite narrowly dropping epee 5-4, Yale triumphed easily in saber and foil.

Jordan Silberzweig led the Bulldogs to an 8-1 win in the saber.Â
Yale followed up with an identical 19-8 victory over Vassar. The trio of Osoliniec, Kim and Silberzweig along with
Max Deisboeck once again prevailed in the saber 8-1 over the Brewers.
