HAMILTON, N.Y. – The Yale men's hockey team closed the weekend with a key victory over the Colgate Raiders, 4-3, at Class of 1964 Arena. Yale moved to 1-2-1 overall and 1-0-1 in the ECAC, while the Raiders moved to 4-5-1 overall and 1-1-0 in the conference.

- P3, 3:08 | There was no quit in the Bulldogs and a sprinkle of luck. Donovan Frias lofted a shot on goal from the neutral zone that snuck into the back of the net.
- P3, 3:32 | Under 30 seconds later, Zach Wagnon, who has been a playmaking machine, found the back of the net on his own for the go-ahead goal.

- This is the first time Yale has won at Colgate's arena since 2018.
- Ronan O'Donnell scored his first career goal.
- Zach Wagnon picked up his first career game-winning goal.
- In addition, Wagnon recorded his second-straight multi-point game. He closes the weekend against Cornell and Colgate with one goal and four assists.
- Donovan Frias picked up his third career goal, which happened to be his third of the weekend. He will head back to New Haven with three goals and two assists this weekend.
- A goal and an assist for Will Richter marked the first multi-point game for the sophomore in his career.
- Jack Stark made 21 saves en route to the victory for the Yale.
- The last time Yale scored four goals in a game was on Jan. 12, 2024 against Dartmouth (5).

Looking Ahead
Yale returns home next weekend for two key rivalry match ups at Ingalls Rink. The Bulldogs will first host Ivy rival Princeton on Friday, Nov. 15 before hosting in-state rival Quinnipiac on Saturday, Nov. 16.
