Yale Opens ECAC Tournament with Win over William & Mary

Bulldogs take doubles point, win three singles matches

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The Yale men's tennis team is off to a strong start at the ECAC Indoor Championship at Penn. The Bulldogs, seeded third, topped No. 6 William & Mary 4-0.
 
Yale plays No. 2 Princeton on Saturday at 6 p.m.
 
Victories from Roee Benya and Vignesh Gogineni and Theo Dean and Walker Oberg earned the Bulldogs the doubles point.
 
In singles, Dean, Gogineni and Jim Ji posted straight sets victory for Yale.
 
The Bulldogs improved to 6-1 on the spring.
