DURHAM, N.C. – The Yale men's tennis team fell to No. 15 Duke 6-1.
The loss was the first of the spring for the Bulldogs (4-1). The Blue Devils are 6-2.
Jim Ji earned Yale's point, defeating Connor Krug in a thrilling match at No. 4 singles. The two split the first two sets with both decided in tiebreakers. Ji then won the super tiebreaker 10-7 to win the match.

Theo Dean had a 4-3 lead on Duke's Michael Heller and Andrew Zhang, who are ranked No. 11 nationally, when the match was stopped.
Yale plays at Liberty on Sunday at noon.
