NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale softball team fell to Bryant University, 14-7 and 8-6, at 5K Corral Field at DeWitt Family Stadium. The losses put Yale at 2-14 overall, while Bryant improved to 8-6.

Game 1: Bryant 14, Yale 7
- B1 | Yale got on the scoresheet first as Lauren Perren doubled to right center field.
- T2 | Bryant responded with 10 runs on 10 hits to take a commanding eight-run lead.
- B3 | With the bases loaded, Elena Ohe rocketed a shot to the fence in right field that scored two runs. Yale added another run on a tag up in the next at bat to split Bryant's lead in half.
- T5 | Fifth inning action saw Bryant extend its lead to seven with two runs on three hits.
- B5 | Yale stayed in it, responding in the bottom half of the inning. After Willa Ferrer hit a lead-off single down the right field line, Perren was at it again, with a double to right center that scored Ferrer. With two outs, Ava Kang knocked in Perren, and Yale was back within five.
- T7 | After a quiet sixth innings on both sides, Bryant picked up two more runs. The squad's busy second inning of action proved to be the different.

Game 2: Bryant 8, Yale 6
- T1 | Bryant picked up its first run of the game with a RBI double to right field.
- T2 | Bryant's offense picked up six hits in the second and tallied six runs in the process, 7-0.
- B3 | Yale found a groove in the third frame. Carolyn Skotz picked up a lead-off double to left center. Following a foul-out, Isabella Fortini knocked a RBI single up the middle to get Yale on the board. Libby Peoples knocked her in with a double to center field, then scored on a fly-out in the next at bat to put Yale within four.
- T4 | Bryant recorded a solo home run to make it 8-3.
- B4 | Yale scored on the tag to split Bryant's lead back to four.
- B6 | With two on and no one out, Katie Donahey hit a shot over the center fielder that brought in both runners.
- F | Bryant warded off a Yale comeback and held on for the win.
