NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale women's tennis team continued its strong play this spring with a 4-2 victory over UMass at the Cullman-Heyman Tennis Center.
The Bulldogs improved their record to 10-3.
After dropping the doubles point, Yale posted four singles win to clinch the match.
Orly Ogilvy cruised to a 6-4, 6-3 win at No. 1.
Mirabelle Brettkelly dropped the first set at No. 2 but rallied to win the next two.
Rebecca Lynn and
Sophia Zaslow were also straight-set winners in singles.
The Bulldogs begin their spring break trip to Florida on Tuesday when they face Florida International at noon.
