NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale men's tennis team wrapped up its home schedule with a hard-fought 4-3 victory over Cornell.
Senior
Theo Dean, playing his final home matches, went out a winner in both singles and doubles. He teamed with
Aidan Reilly to post a 6-4 win in the No. 1 doubles position and won a super tiebreaker to capture his singles match at No. 3. Dean, the 2022 Ivy League Rookie of the Year and a two-time first team All-Ivy selection, was honored following the match.
The Big Red won the doubles point. Other singles winners for the Bulldogs were
Eric Li and
Jim Ji.
Yale (11-11, 2-4 Ivy) wraps up the season at Brown next Saturday.
