Bulldogs Second in the Nation in Three-Point Defense
Yale ranks second nationally in three-point percentage defense. The Bulldogs have limited their opponents to a .220 shooting performance beyond the arc, trailing only Bradley (.213). This past Saturday's .148 (4-for-27) shooting performance by Harvard marked the eighth time in 14 games that Yale has held its opponent to below .200 shooting from three.

Odume Earns the Start
First-year guard
Ke'iara Odume (Syracuse, N.Y.) earned her first career start this past Saturday, contributing 10 points and eight rebounds. Odume has recently developed into one of the Bulldogs' leading scorers and rebounders. Over the last three games she is averaging 9.3 points per game and 6.3 rebounds per game – second on the team in both categories. In the 11 games prior to that she had averaged 3.8 points per game and 2.2 rebounds per game.

Senior guard
Avery Lee (Los Altos Hills, Calif.) does some of her best work in road games. For the season she is averaging 7.1 points in road games, third-best on the team. She is shooting a team-best .381 from three-point territory in road games.

Brown (6-8, 0-1 Ivy League) is coming off a 64-48 loss at home to Dartmouth in the Ivy League opener last Saturday. The Bears average 8.0 made three-pointers per game, tied for best in the Ivy League, but are shooting just .277 from three-point range and .384 overall.
