Bulldogs Fall to Dartmouth 1-0

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale men's soccer team dropped a 1-0 contest to Dartmouth on Saturday evening at Reese Stadium. The Big Green scored in the 72nd minute to seal the victory. The Bulldogs were much more active on the offensive end, but could not find the equalizer late in the game. 

With the win, Dartmouth improved to 3-4-3 overall with a 2-2 mark in the Ivy League. Yale dropped to 2-7-3 overall with a 1-2-1 record in conference play.

How it Happened
  • 71' | Aydin Jay delivered a beautiful ball into the box, but a header by Billy Altirs went just wide of the net.
  • 72' | Dartmouth scored the game's only goal off a corner kick. 1-0 DARTMOUTH
  • 89' | With time winding down, Sebi Roy got a good look from inside the box. But his shot was smothered by the Dartmouth keeper.
