Game Notes
• The victory for the Bulldogs is the program's first against a team from the NCHC. Yale most recently defeated now-NCHC member Arizona State on Feb. 3, 2018, however the Sun Devils were independent at the time. The NCHC began play in the 2013-14 season, mere months after Yale defeated North Dakota, then of the WCHA, in the 2013 NCAA West Regional Final to reach the program's second-ever Frozen Four.
• Stark made 30 saves while conceding only a single goal. Over his last two games in net, he has recorded 70 saves while allowing just two goals.
• Berger scored his second goal of the season.
• Frias netted his third of the year.
• Chen recorded his third assist of the season.
