CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The No. 16 Yale field hockey team fell to No. 5 Princeton Friday afternoon 3-0 in the Ivy League Tournament Semifinals at Harvard's Berylson Field. • Princeton scored another penalty corner goal at 43:05 in the third quarter. Beth Yeager, the Ivy League Co-Offensive Player of the Year, scored off assists by Lindsey and Izzy Morgan.
  • In the fourth quarter, sophomore forward/midfielder Chiara Picciafuoco generated Yale's best scoring chance. She stole the ball near Princeton's 23 meter line and dribbled in for a high shot that Princeton goalkeeper Olivia Caponiti knocked away at the 50:07 mark.
