NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Zachary Wagnon scored the overtime winner to lift the Bulldogs to a 2-1 victory over Princeton on Saturday night at Ingalls Rink.
Prior to puck drop, Yale honored Keith Allain, former Malcolm G. Chace Head Coach, who retired in August after 19 years leading the program.

Both sides combined for 30 shots but remained scoreless after the opening 20 minutes.

Hughie Hooker opened the scoring for the Bulldogs with a power-play goal.
Tom Molson started the sequence, sending the puck up to
David Chen on the far circle. Chen one-touched it to Hooker, who buried the finish with just over 30 seconds left on the man advantage.

Rhys Bentham regrouped in the neutral zone before charging into the offensive end and leaving a drop pass for Zach Wagnon, who made a slick move and buried the game-winner.
