DANIEL ISLAND, S.C. – The Yale women's golf team placed sixth at the Daniel Island Invitational, hosted by the College of Charleston.

The Bulldogs posted a 14-over-par 868 (283-295-300) over two days at the Daniel Island Club, finishing in the top half of the 14-team field. No. 45 nationally ranked NC State captured the team title at 17-under 847.

Alexis Kim led Yale with a 15th-place finish among 75 golfers, carding a 2-over 218, including a first-round 69.

Next up, the Bulldogs head to La Quinta, Calif., for the Yale Invitational West, held March 10-11 at PGA West's Norman Course.
