  • B1 | Cornell responded quickly, plating two runs to tie the game. (Yale 2, Cornell 2)
  • T2 | With runners in scoring position, Gandolfo reached on a fielder's choice, bringing in a run to put Yale back in front. (Yale 3, Cornell 2)
  • B2 | The Big Red evened things up again, scoring on a one-out double. (Yale 3, Cornell 3)
  • T3 | Yale regained the lead in the third when Kaitlyn Oikle legged out an infield single to third, allowing a runner on third to score. (Yale 4, Cornell 3)
  • T4 | The Bulldogs' bats stayed hot in the fourth. With runners on second and third, Isabella Fortini crushed a double to the left-field fence, driving in both. Fortini then stole third and came home on an RBI single from SJ Mull, extending Yale's lead to four. (Yale 7, Cornell 3)
  • T6 | Sophie Woodridge added to the Bulldogs' lead with a leadoff solo home run. (Yale 8, Cornell 3)
