DALLAS, Texas – The Yale women's golf team wrapped up play at the Veritex Bank Collegiate, hosted by Southern Methodist University at Trinity Forest Golf Club.
The three-round, 54-hole event began Monday morning on the par-72, 6,478-yard course.
Tournament Summary
- Yale finished ninth overall with a team score of 903 (295-305-303). No. 26 nationally ranked Houston claimed the team title with an 869 (293-292-284).
- Mia Sessa led the way for the Bulldogs, placing 21st individually with a three-round total of 222 (71-75-76).
- Alexis Kim and Katie Ha both tied for 32nd in the tournament (226). Kim carded a 74-79-73, while Ha posted a 75-75-76.Â
- In addition to Yale and Houston, the tournament field included Boston College, East Texas A&M, Incarnate Word, Iowa, Lamar, Oklahoma State (No. 28), SMU (No. 33), Tarleton, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Texas Tech, Tulsa, UCF (No. 30), and UTA.
