PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The men's and women's fencing teams competed at the Dave Micahnik Invitational, hosted by the University of Pennsylvania, on Sunday. Both squads performed well against some of the top teams in the nation.

The men's squad went undefeated, taking down No. 8 Duke, No. 9 Penn State, No. 7 Penn, and No. 5 Ohio State to cap off a fantastic day. The Bulldogs improved to 21-1 overall this season.

The women's team went 2-3 against similar competition. The Bulldogs topped No. 10 Penn State and No. 14 Temple, while falling to No. 5 Duke, No. 7 Ohio State, and No. 8 Penn.
