NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale women's hockey team started 2026 on a high note, defeating Union 6-3 on Friday evening at Ingalls Rink. The Bulldogs overcame a three-goal deficit, scoring six unanswered goals to pick up a major conference victory. Carina DiAntonio recorded her second hat trick of the season, while Sophia Levering netted the game-winner. DiAntonio tallied her 50th career goal for Yale, becoming only the seventh player in program history to achieve the feat.
With the victory, Yale improved to 10-7-0 overall with a 6-5-0 mark in conference play. Union dropped to 8-10-3 overall with a 2-8-1 record in ECAC Hockey games.
