NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale men's tennis team secured its second straight victory in impressive fashion on Friday, defeating SEC opponent Arkansas, 4-2, at Cullman-Heyman Tennis Center.
The Bulldogs came out strong, with the pairs of
Vignesh Gogineni and
Edward Liao, and
Ethan Chung and
Eric Li capturing the doubles point. Yale then sealed the victory with three singles wins. Chung won in straight sets, while Li and Gogineni each battled through tough three-set matches, with Gogineni's win ultimately clinching the match.
