DiAntonio Scores Twice to Lift Yale Over Union in ECAC Quarterfinals

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Senior Carina DiAntonio scored a pair of goals to lift the Yale women's ice hockey team to an ECAC Hockey Quarterfinal victory over Union on Friday afternoon. The Bulldogs triumphed over the Garnet Chargers 4-2 to take a series lead in the best-of-three competition.

Yale, the top seed in the ECAC Tournament, is one win away from reaching the conference semifinals for the fourth time in program history. The Bulldogs improved to 23-8 overall. Union, the No. 12 seed, dropped to 11-21-3 overall.
