WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The Yale men's tennis team extended its winning streak to six on Sunday, finishing a perfect weekend with a 5–2 win over Purdue at Schwartz Tennis Center.
Yale surged ahead early after doubles wins from the teams of
Vignesh Gogineni and
Edward Liao and
Eric Li and
Ethan Chung. The Bulldogs then locked up the match in singles play behind victories from Gogineni,
Jason Shuler,
Jim Ji, and Li.
