NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Five individuals on the Yale men's track and field team, and two relay teams, have earned indoor All-East recognition. The awards are based on their performances at the IC4A Championships this past weekend at BU's Track and Tennis Center. The top eight finishers in each event at IC4As earn All-East recognition.
Yale's individual honorees were:
- Junior Antonio Bravo (Old Greenwich, Conn.) (seventh in the 500m, 1:05.58)
- Junior Amaré Fields (Seattle, Wash.) (fourth in the 800m, 1:52.05)
- Junior Brian Gamble (Boston, Mass.) (fifth in the mile, 4:11.66)
- Sophomore Otis Irwin (Bath, England) (second in the 500m, 1:03.73)
- Junior Caden Montini (Gainesville, Fla.) (fifth in the 1000m, 2:27.93)
Additionally, both of Yale's relay teams were honored:
- 4x800m relay (seventh, 8:02.93)
- Distance Medley Relay (sixth, 10:10.09)
