Bulldogs Topple Princeton 7-6

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Yale baseball team picked up a hard-fought win over Princeton on Friday afternoon at Clark Field. The Bulldogs scored four runs in the sixth inning to cement a 7-6 victory over the Tigers.

With the victory, Yale improved to 14-9 overall with a 5-2 mark in Ivy League play. Princeton dropped to 7-17 overall with a conference record of 2-5.

Key Performers
• Senior Tate Evans earned his second save of the season, pitching the final three innings of the game. Evans allowed one earned run and one hit while striking out three.
• Junior Garrett Larsen collected two hits and drove in two runs to lead the Yale offensive attack.
