NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Kevin Cahill, Joel E. Smilow '54 Head Coach of Football, will welcome 20 newcomers to the squad ahead of the 2026 season.

Representing 13 states, the Class of 2030 is highlighted by five student-athletes from Texas and four from California. The class also includes players from Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Yale Football opens the 2026 season at Holy Cross on Saturday, Sept. 19. The Bulldogs will host Merrimack for their home opener on Saturday, Oct. 3.
