Women's Hockey Announces 2026-27 Schedule

NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- The Yale women's hockey team has announced their 2026-27 slate of games featuring 14 appearances at the historic Ingalls Rink.

Yale's 30-game regular season (22 ECAC Hockey games, eight non-conference games) begins at the Ice Breaker Tournament, hosted by Boston University. Yale will play four games in October and eight ECAC Hockey games in November. The Bulldogs will play in the Nutmeg Classic hosted by Quinnipiac from November 27-28. They will open the tournament-style event with a game against the Bobcats. 

Yale will play a two-game home ECAC set against RPI and Union in December before taking a break for the remainder of the month. Play will resume on New Year's Day with a non-conference game against powerhouse Ohio State. For the rest of January and February the Bulldogs will play ECAC opponents with two non-conference games against Northeastern (Jan. 5) and Providence (Jan. 20).

  • The Bulldogs will open its season at the Ice Breaker Tournament, a four-team event featuring Boston University, Minnesota State, and Robert Morris.
  • The Elis will square off against Ohio State at Ingalls Rink on Jan. 1 and Jan. 2 in a rematch of last year's NCAA Regional Semifinal matchup. The Buckeyes topped the Bulldogs 6-1 in Ohio. 
  • Yale plays games in six different states (Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania).
  • The Bulldogs will celebrate its Senior Day on Feb. 13 against Colgate.
  • Live stats and video of all home games, and road games where applicable, will be available via links on yalebulldogs.com. All home and ECAC Hockey match-ups will be streamed on ESPN+.
