2021: Team Captain ... no season due to COVID-19.
2020: IL Pre-Season All-America Honorable Mention... NEILA Pre-Season All-New England First Team... Started in all four games... Two assists against UMass (2/29) and Michigan (3/7)... Scooped two ground balls in a win over Michigan (3/7)... Caused two turnovers in a win at Penn State (2/22).
2019: Career-best four goals, six points in win over Michigan...Had 2-2-4 in win over Cornell… Donated bone marrow on March 20 as part of Be The Match and missed the Princeton and Air Force games... One Love Foundation Unsung Hero (national award)... Yale’s Dan Casman Award for team spirit and morale
2018: Regular Midfielder with an immediate impact as a rookie... Played in every game... Two goals and five points came in the NCAA Tournament... One of his three goals on the season came in NCAA title game win over Duke.
At Seton Hall Prep: All-American and All-USA Today Second-Team senior year… US Lacrosse First-Team All-State and Second-Team All-Metro his senior year… Academic All-American… Helped his team win the Essex County Championships all four years… Non-Public A Finalist… Played varsity all four years… Set record for most points (97) in a single season… Captain during his junior and senior seasons.
Prior Teams: Building Blocks Lacrosse from 2011 to 13… Leading Edge from 2013 to 2017… Helped guide Leading Edge to an undefeated season and a championship in 2016… Was named top midfielder for the summer with Leading Edge.
Personal: Brian Tevlin is the son of Allison and Michael Tevlin... National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, and Math Honor Society… 4.0 GPA all four years… Was also a member of the track team and spent three years on the varsity soccer team… All-County, All-Conference, and All-State in soccer… Helped guide team to two Non-Public A Championships... Was a captain during his season.
