At Central Catholic High School: Two-time All-Conference offensive guard… Member of 2015 state and district champions, 2016 district champions and state runner-up… Ranked No. 124 offensive guard in the nation by 247sports.com… Also played baseball, basketball, and lacrosse… Captain of lacrosse team… Received two varsity letters in both baseball and lacrosse.

Personal: Father played football at Georgia Tech… Uncle played football at Slippery Rock… Jacob and his cousin, Kurt, were born five days apart and played football together in high school… Kurt plays at Notre Dame.
