About the Fellowship Program

2024-2025 Fellowship Program Synopsis
The Yale Athletics Fellowship Program's purpose is to engage and cultivate young professionals interested in working in college athletics. The positions will provide Fellows the opportunity to work in one of the world's most prestigious collegiate athletic programs at Yale University. Fellows will gain integral skills within their specific department, industry knowledge, and career development advice and support. This position will best serve college graduates or entry-level young professionals looking for their first full-time opportunity in the collegiate athletic landscape.  
 

Roles and Responsibilities

Fellowships are paid fixed duration non-benefit flexible hour positions. Fellows will support one of the following departments within Athletics:

• Event Management
• Facilities and Operations
• Marketing
• Ticketing

**More positions may be available in the future

Minimum Qualifications

• Interest in working in college athletics
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must hold or be on track to graduate with a bachelor's degree before the start of this position
• Must have a valid driver's license and have a car to drive to multiple events and facilities
• Fellows may be expected to assist on nights, weekends, and holidays
• The job is in-person in New Haven, Connecticut

Additional Information

Fellows will receive a monthly stipend
