Accessible seating can be purchased either online by looking for the seats marked as accessible seating or by contacting the Ticket Office at ticketoffice@yale.edu or 203-432-1400.

The Yale Athletics Ticket Office is open Monday – Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM EST. On game days, the box office will open at least 90 minutes prior to game time. For Football only, the gameday box office locations open 3 hours prior to game time.

Children 2 & under (not requiring a seat) are not required to have a ticket for admission. If your child requires their own seat, they will need a ticket. All children 3 years and older require a ticket for admission.

Adopting digital ticketing gives fans more flexibility with their tickets while maintaining a safe fan experience. It also reduces the risk of lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets. 

If you would like to print your tickets at home, please choose the print-at-home delivery method when ordering your tickets. Please note- these tickets must be printed on 8.5 X 11 paper in order to be scanned. Otherwise, you will need to add them to your phone’s digital wallet 

Mobile or print at home tickets are the preferred method of entry. However, if you need a printed physical ticket; please choose the will call delivery method when ordering or contact the Ticket Office.  

Tickets will be available in your account once they have been processed and released. You will receive an email notification when your tickets are ready to access.  

Season ticket packages will utilize Paciolan’s ALL-IN-1 technology. With this technology you will only need to add each season ticket to your digital wallet one time. The ticket will then automatically update to the next event.

No. Screenshots are not valid for entry. Tickets should be transferred through the official ticket transfer process described above to ensure the recipient receives a valid mobile ticket.

If members of your group arrive separately, transfer tickets to each guest before arriving at the venue so everyone can enter independently. Instructions on how to transfer are listed above.
