Casey Frawley

Casey Frawley joined the Yale baseball staff for the 2018 season. Frawley, the younger brother of Yale associate head coach Tucker Frawley, played collegiate baseball at Stetson and rose as high as Double-A in the professional ranks.

Born in New Haven, Frawley attended Hamden Hall Country Day School before moving on to Stetson, where he was named to the 2007 Louisville Slugger Freshman All-America Team and earned first team all-conference honors in 2008 and 2009 at shortstop. His teammates with the Hatters included current Major Leaguer Jacob deGrom.

Frawley was drafted by the Cleveland Indians in the 17th round of the 2009 MLB Draft. He spent eight seasons in pro baseball.
