Personal:  Grant is the son of Cindy and Scott Kipp, brother to Amanda and Sloane Kipp.  Amanda, two years older than Grant, is a junior at the University of Southern California and is Health and Human Sciences major.  Sloane, two years younger than Grant, is a junior at Highland Park High School and is an aspiring women''s college lacrosse player.  Scott is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and works in commercial real estate.  Cindy graduated from Southern Methodist University is a CPA and volunteers for various charitable organizations in Dallas.
