Biography

2016: Was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District team (District 1), was also one of three Bulldogs to earn second team All-Ivy honors… Made 36 appearances and 35 starts as the teams right fielder… Batted a career best .331 with 43 hits, 21 runs, 10 doubles, 10 RBI, four stolen bases and two triples… Had 52 putouts, 8 assists and two errors on 62 total chances… Went 3-for-6 with two doubles, two RBI and one run against Columbia on April 6… Went 4-for-5 with two doubles, two RBI, two runs and a stolen base against Brown on April 29.

2015: Made 36 appearances with 32 starts at second base... Hit .236 with three doubles, 10 RBI and 16 runs scored... Stole seven bases on 10 attempts... Fourth-most walks on the team with 25... On-base percentage of .348... Hit .271 in Ivy League play with 16 hits in 59 at-bats... Recorded a .333 batting average when serving as the lead-off hitter in an inning... Six multi-hit games, including a 3-for-5 performance with an RBI and two runs scored in the season finale vs. Brown... Went 2-for-2 with two doubles and two RBI against Quinnipiac on March 25.

2014: Played in 39 games for the Bulldogs, hitting .248 for the season (.250 in Ivy League play)... Started 33 games... Tied a team-high in stolen bases with nine... Provided nine RBI throughout the season... Recorded 66 putouts and only seven errors for a fielding percentage of .950... Named to the Ivy League Honor Roll for April 22 after going 3-for-4 against Harvard on April 20 with two runs scored, one triple, and a season-high three RBI.

2013: Made 22 appearances with 19 starts in all three outfield positions, serving as Yale’s leadoff hitter in 14 of those starts… Finished the season with a .211 batting average (15-for-71) with one double, six walks, and five RBIs… In the field, recorded 32 putouts and two assists in 35 chances with just one error (.971 fielding percentage).

Off the Field:

  • Volunteer at the Sharewood Project Clinic to provide healthcare to underserved populations of Boston
  • Certified Mover/Packer in the state of Missouri

Before Yale: Four-year letterwinner at John Burroughs High School... Three-time all-league player, leading the Bombers with a .417 batting average and 32 steals in his senior year... Named to the ABC League First Team in 2010 and 2011 and the Metro League First Team in 2011.

At Yale: Resident of Ezra Stiles College. Undeclared major
