2015: Started one game in 14 appearances on the mound...Recorded an 0-1 record in 15.0 innings and had a 10-14 strikeout to walk ratio...Pitched four innings in his only start against Holy Cross on April 7, allowing four earned runs and striking out four...Pitched two scoreless relief innings against Rhode Island on March 15...Made five relief appearances in Ivy League games against Cornell, Penn, Dartmouth and Brown.
2014: Made 11 appearances, including one start...Went 0-1 with 11 strikeouts in 17.1 innings on the mound...Held opposing hitters to a .261 batting average...Recorded two strikeouts in four different games, including LSU, Holy Cross, UConn, and Fairfield.
2013: Made six appearances out of the Yale bullpen … Allowed five hits and four runs (all earned) with five strikeouts and three walks in 5.2 innings to finish the season with a 0-0 record and a 6.35 ERA.
2012: Made five relief appearances, with a 0-0 record and a 36.00 ERA, allowing seven hits and 12 earned runs in 3.0 innings with four strikeouts. … In his most impressive appearance, faced four batters, needing just 16 pitches to toss a scoreless inning of relief in the second game of a doubleheader with Fairfield.
Off the Field:
- Intern with Christ Presbyterian Church to provide service to both the Church congregation as well as to support the less fortunate in service projects as performed by the Church
- Interned for B & L Neely Chemical as a research assistant working to ensure the company''s compliance with California state regulations in regards to environmentally hazardous chemicals; also aided in warehouse operations oversight
- Works for Yale Athletics and Facilities Offices as a coordinator facilitating the setup of a range of sports from football to swimming to hockey
Before Yale: National Merit Scholar... First-Team All-League San Joaquin County pitcher in 2010 and 2011... San Joaquin County All-Star in 2010 and 2011.
At Yale: Resident of Ezra Stiles College. Molecular Biology major.
