2013: Made 11 appearances with seven starts, including six starts at catcher and one at first base … Also made eight appearances as a relief pitcher … Recorded a .095 batting average (2-for-21) with one double, one walk and three RBIs … In the field, recorded 41 putouts and 12 assists in 55 chances with just two errors (.964 fielding percentage) … On the mound, led the Yale bullpen with a 1.69 earned run average in 10.2 innings pitched, allowing just eight hits and two earned runs with three strikeouts and two walks … Held opposing batters to a .211 average, which was third on the pitching staff.
2012: Appeared in 17 games with five starts with a .136 batting average (3 hits in 22 at-bats). … Belted two doubles and scored one run. … Stole one base in his only attempt. … Finished with a .950 fielding percentage.

In 2011 honored with a place on the Texas Sports Writers Association Class 5A All-Centex Team, the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association Class 5A All-State Team, the Texas High School Sports Writers Association Class 5A All-State Team, and the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association Class 5A Academic All-State Team... Earned a place on the Academic All-District Teams in 2009, 2010 and 2011... Also competed for the Austin Wings summer baseball team.
