Why Yale? “It was that the first moment when I visited Yale, I experienced a culture focused on getting the best out of yourself and fellow students by teaming up in the learning process.  Yale was one of the last schools that I visited, and as someone coming from the other side of the ocean Yale felt the most like home.  I immediately felt a connection with the field hockey coaches and the campus. By living on Yale’s campus, I also hope to learn from the diverse backgrounds of my fellow students and contribute to this process myself and to enrich my perspectives and that of others. Besides the opportunities for intellectual and social exploration, I’m looking forward to playing field hockey for Yale’s field hockey team and to becoming part of an ambitious program, dedicated to growing and developing to its full potential.”
