At Grand Ledge: As team captain his senior year, had 60 tackles, 14 TFLs and 5 sacks… Second-team all-state, second consecutive first-team all-league, Mid-Michigan Dream Team, and Rival’s Michigan top 100 his senior year… Three-year academic all-league… Team was conference champions in 2010 and 2011… Seven-time letterwinner between football (3) and track (4)… National Honor Society president.
