Then went 9-of-9 at Brown, 7-of-7 against Penn, 8-of-8 against Princeton and made his first five shots against Columbia… Finished eighth in the Ivy League in rebounding (7.0 rpg.), third in field goal percentage (.568) and second in offensive rebounds (84)… In 14 Ivy games, averaged 15.8 points and shot 64.4 percent from the field… Two-time Ivy League Player of the week selection… Posted double-doubles at Central Connecticut (12 points, 10 rebounds) and at home against Brown (13 points, 10 rebounds)… Scored 22 points in the third round NCAA Tournament game against Duke… Recipient of the team’s Stan Smith Senior Award and Josh Hill Dedication Award.
2013-14: Fourth on the team in scoring (6.8 ppg.), third in rebounding (4.3 rpg.) and second in blocked shots (28)… One of only four players to appear in all 33 games… Scored in double figures nScored a season-high 18 points in the victory over New Hampshire.
2012-13: Slowed by an early-season injury… Scored in double figures in four of the last seven games of the season… Tallied a career-high 18 points in the season finale against Penn… First career start came against Sacred Heart… Recipient of the Josh Hill Award, presented for hard work and dedication to the Yale Basketball program.
2011-12: Recipient of the John C. Cobb Award as Yale''s rookie of the year… Fourth on the team in rebounding (2.8 rpg.) and third in blocks (12)… Only freshman to appear in all 29 games… Scored 10 points, grabbed six rebounds in the home win over Columbia… Also had 10 points in the victory over Bryant.
Before Yale: NEPSAC first team selection last winter at Choate… 2010 Connecticut Gatorade Player of the Year as a senior at Stratford High School… CHSCA and New Haven Register state player of the year… Two-time all-state selection… Averaged 16 points, 14.5 rebounds and six blocks as a senior… Had six triple doubles… Holds the Stratford school record for blocked shots… Helped lead Choate to the NEPSAC Class A championship and Stratford to two state championships and a school-record 46 straight league victories… Played AAU with the Connecticut Basketball Club that advanced to the U17 semifinals in 2010.
