Biography
2022-23: Second team All-Ivy selection... Appeared in all 30 games and started the final 22... Finished in the top 10 in the Ivy League in blocks (2nd, 46), field goal percentage (5th, .550) and rebounding (10th, 5.5 rpg.)... Third on the team in scoring (11.3 ppg.)... Averaged 13.0 points and 6.5 rebounds in 14 Ivy games... Scored a career-high 34 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in the home victory over Cornell and was named the Ivy League Player of the Week... Also posted double-doubles against Monmouth (14 points, 11 rebounds) and at home vs. Penn (14 points, 10 rebounds)... Co-recipient of the Dutch Arnold Award as the team's most valuable player.
2021-22: Limited to 22 games due to injury... Started five games... Appeared in 13 Ivy games and started three... First career double-double (12 points, 11 rebounds) came in the home victory over Penn... Grabbed 11 rebounds in the win at Harvard... Recipient of the team's Dick Derby Scholarship Award... Academic All-Ivy selection... Named to NABC Honors Court.
2020-21: Season canceled due to pandemic
2019-20: Appeared in 10 games off the bench… Shot .467 from the field… Had nine points and seven rebounds in 14 minutes vs. Johnson & Wales.
High School: Averaged 22.5 points, 10.9 rebounds, 2.9 blocks and shot 63 percent from the field as a senior at the Maret School… Named to 2019 DCSAA all-state first team… Three-time first team all-conference selection… Four-year starter and two-year team captain… Led Washington DC in points, rebounds, blocks and field goals made as a senior… Scored more than 1,000 points, grabbed more than 500 rebounds and blocked more than 100 shots in his career… Helped lead Maret to a share of the 2017 Mid Atlantic regular season championship and three straight DCSAA semi-final appearances… Four-year varsity track and field team member… Competed in 4x100, 4x200, 4x400, high jump, shot put and discus… Earned all-conference honors as a senior.
AAU: Played with Team Takeover, which captured the 2018 EYBL Peach Jam and 8 Bracket championships… Team Takeover was the first team to undefeated (16-0) during the EYBL regular season… Invited to the 2016 Nike Elite 100 camp, the 2016 Victor Oladipo Skills Academy and the 2019 Capital Classic All-Star game.
Personal: Organized and maintained a clothing service that has sold over 500 articles of clothing and donated more than 350 in the Washington DC area in 10 months… 2019 Jack & Jill of America Inc., graduate… Elected student government grade representative by classmates.
