Notes: Elected 2015-16 team captain.

2014-15: Led the Ivy League with a .435 three-point field goal percentage, which tied for the seventh best in a season in school history… Led the team with 67 three-pointers, which were the fourth most in a season in school history… One of three players to start all 32 games… Third on the team in scoring at 8.3 ppg… 67 of his 90 field goals were three-pointers… Hit the winning three-pointer from the baseline with 1.7 seconds left against defending national champion UConn, which was the “Play of the Day” that night on ESPN SportsCenter… Named to the all-tournament team at the Men Against Breast Cancer Classic after averaging 13.3 points in the four-game tournament.

2013-14: Recipient of the team’s most improved player award… Appeared in 26 games off the bench… Fourth on the team with 22 three-pointers… Shot 50 percent (22-of-44) from beyond the arc… Scored a career-high 18 points in road win at Cornell… Averaged 16 minutes and 6.6 points in the five games in the CollegeInsider.com Tournament… Scored nine points in the wins over Quinnipiac and Columbia.

2012-13: Shot 66.7 percent (6-of-9) from the field in limited action… Had 11 assists and three turnovers… First career appearance came at Saint Joseph’s… Scored nine points in 11 minutes against Albertus Magnus.

Off the Court:

  • Involved in highschool Younglife, a fellowship that bring youth closer to Jesus helping them grow in their faith, and was a camp leader
  • Summer coach for high school''s junior varsity team
  • Worked on construction job sites with his father''s electrical contracting business the past two summers

Before Yale: District, Region and County most valuable player at Brentwood High School… Tennessee McDonald’s All-America nominee… Averaged 17 points and seven assists… Scored more 1,200 career points… Holds school assists record… Helped Brentwood to the 2012 region championship and three district titles… Played for Tennessee Travelers and Tennessee Contenders AAU teams… Played against Kentucky’s Alex Poythress and Florida’s Dillon Graham and with Maryland’s Charles Mitchell.

Personal: Cousin, Brad Trout, played professional football with the Denver Broncos, Kansas City Chiefs and Atlanta Falcons.
