2020-21: Season canceled due to pandemic

2019-20: Appeared in 24 games… Made his first career start vs. Johnson & Wales… Shot 51.2 percent from the field… Recipient of the team’s Bill Madness Toughness Award… Was 5-of-6 from the field and scored 10 points in 10 minutes in victory over Bucknell… Had seven points on -of-5 shooting in the road win at Lehigh.

2018-19: Appeared in nine games off the bench… Scored four points in seven minutes in win at Bryant… Also scored four points in victory over Kennesaw State.

2017-18: Appeared in 15 games off the bench... Missed some time early in season with injury... First career basket came at Wisconsin... Played 13 minutes at Albany.

Before Yale: 2017 Independent School League Player of the Year at University of Chicago Lab Schools… IBCA first team all-state selection… Three-time ISL all-conference selection… 2017 All City honorable mention… Selected as a Top 15 player in the city of Chicago… Averaged 18 points, 9 rebounds and 3 blocks while shooting 74 percent from the field… Helped lead Lab to four ISL championships and three regional titles… Played AAU for Team Young & Reckless.

Personal: Founded Hoops For Youths, a program that helped mentor, train and tutor children in basketball and life… Volunteered at Ready, Set, Grow in his sophomore year.

Why Yale? “Because if was the place I felt most comfortable with. Off the court, I loved the people and the environment as well as the excellent academics. On the court, I loved all the coaches that recruited me and their winning/competitive tradition. I also felt like I fit well in their system and core values of rebounding and defense. Overall it seemed to be the best place for me that would help me grow and reach my ceiling.”
