  • Rowed in the 7 of the 2V at the Head of the Charles
  • Rowed in the 6 of the 4V at the Albert Cup/Sarasota Invitational
  • Rowed in the 4 of the 4V at the Olympic Axe, defeating Dartmouth
  • Rowed in the 4 of the 3V at the Blackwell Cup, securing victory
  • Rowed in the 6 of the 4V at the Eastern Sprints, claiming a title
  • Rowed in the 2 of the 4V at the 158th Yale-Harvard Regatta
2023-24:
  • 2024 IRCA Scholar Athlete
  • Initially rowed in the 3V before getting promoted to the 2V ahead of the Blackwell Cup
  • Took home victories at the Olympic Axe, Blackwell Cup and the 157th Yale-Harvard Regatta

Personal:  Son of Keith and Jill Long… Older sister, Heidi, is University of Virginia graduate…  Older brother, Sam, graduated from Cal-Berkeley… Likes paddle boarding, playing poker and spending time with family and friends.
