2022-2023: Opened season with a 6k PR at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton meet... Placed 26th at the Lehigh Paul Short Run in an 8k PR of 23:28.6... Finished 22nd at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships... Ended the season with a 10k (XC) PR of 30:44.8 to place 50th at the NCAA Division I Northeast Regional Championships.

2021-2022: In cross country, finished 44th at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown, running a time of 25:12.7 over hilly 8000m course…Finished 44th at Panorama Farms XC Invitational with a time of 25:35.0…Competed at Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships.

2020-21: No competition due to coronavirus pandemic.

2019-20: In cross country, finished first against Harvard, running hilly 6000m course in a time of 18:47.0…Finished 32nd at Panorama Farms Invitational, running the 8000m course in a time of 24:56.9…Finished 22nd at Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships, running hilly five-mile course in a time of 25:21.8…Finished 106th at NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships, running 10,000m course in a time of 30:46.9.

2018-19: In cross country competed at the Fordham Fiasco… Finished 5th at the Harvard-Yale-Princeton tri-meet… Ran an 8K personal best of 25:03.8 in the Men’s Gold Race at the Paul Short Invitational finishing 34th overall and 1st for Yale… Competed at the Pre-Nationals Invitational… Second first-year finisher at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships earning 32nd place overall… Ran his first 10K at the NCAA Northeast Regional.

High School: Cross country team captain for four years… Two-time District 1 Champion in 3200m run… Northwest Conference and District 1 cross country Champion 2016 and2017… 2017 2A State Champion in cross country… ASB President Junior and Senior years.
